Prior to founding Construct, Bryan worked for Toll Brothers’ Apartment Living division from its inception in 2011 until its sale in 2025. During his time at Toll Brothers Bryan served as a regional market lead with direct responsibility for deal sourcing, entitlements, and regional P&L. During his tenure he managed closed land transactions representing over 4,000 units throughout the Northeast, New England, and Mid-Atlantic regions and had significant involvement in the acquisition or development of over 3,000 additional units in closed or pipeline projects.
Bryan was previously a Vice President of Development at the Michaels Development Company (MDC) where he oversaw several public housing redevelopment projects throughout NJ and in Franklin, TN. Prior to that he was a Director of Development at Forest City Residential (later acquired by Brookfield) where he managed the land acquisition and development processes for mixed-use redevelopment and adaptive re-use projects in MA, CT, NY, and NJ. Prior to working at Forest City he was a Land Acquisition Manager at Winchester Homes (a subsidiary of Weyerhaeuser acquired by Tri Pointe Homes) where he worked on single-family land acquisitions in Northern Virginia.
Bryan has spoken at numerous conferences and is a licensed real estate broker in New York State. He has been a member of ULI since 2000 and is a past Co-chair of the ULI Philadelphia Housing Council. Bryan received a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance and Economics from James Madison University, and a Master of Science in Real Estate Development from Columbia University.
