Professional Experience
Prior to founding Construct, Bryan handled a variety of land acquisition and development roles for Toll Brothers Apartment Living from its inception in 2011 until its sale in 2025. In his most recent capacity as a Regional Director of Acquisitions and Development he held direct responsibility for deal sourcing, entitlements, and regional P&L for the Northeast region. During his tenure he managed closed land transactions exceeding 4,000 units from New England through the Mid-Atlantic and had significant involvement in the acquisition or development of over 3,000 additional units.
Prior to Toll Brothers, Bryan served as Vice President of Development at the Michaels Organization where he oversaw several public housing redevelopments in NJ and in TN. He also served as a Director of Development at Forest City Residential where he managed the land acquisition and development processes for mixed-use and adaptive re-use projects in the Boston and New York regions. Following graduate school he was a Land Acquisition Manager at Winchester Homes (a subsidiary of Weyerhaeuser acquired by Tri Pointe Homes) where he worked on single-family land acquisitions in Northern Virginia.
Education & Professional Affiliations
Bryan has been a frequent speaker at real estate conferences. He has been a member of ULI for several decades, is a past Co-chair of the ULI Philadelphia Housing Council, and is a licensed Real Estate Broker in New York State. He holds a Master of Science in Real Estate Development from Columbia University and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance and Economics from James Madison University.
